Do you run the IELTS test?
No. Studio Inglese is an independent preparation school. You book and sit the test with an official IELTS test centre; we prepare you for it and help you choose the right test version and date.
Should I take IELTS Academic or General Training?
Academic is usually required for university admission; General Training is usually required for migration and some work purposes. Always check with the organisation receiving your result. We can check the requirement together in the free consultation.
How long does IELTS preparation take?
It depends on your starting level, your target band score and how much time you can study each week. After an initial level test we give you a realistic estimate and a study plan.
Can I take lessons online?
Yes. Both IELTS and Italian courses are available in person at our school in Padova or online by video call, individually or in a small group.
I don't speak any Italian. Can I still join an Italian course?
Yes. We teach complete beginners as well as advanced learners, and our staff speak English, so you can organise everything in English.
Can I start at any time of year?
Individual and pair courses can start at any time and follow your schedule. Small groups start when there are enough students at a similar level.
Can I pay in instalments?
In many cases, yes. The exact terms are explained in your personalised proposal after the free consultation.
